1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY DESIGN?

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our belt buckle designs are hand made to order and take approximately 1-3 weeks for completion.* Expedite Design and Priority Shipping can be chosen by the customer for a extra charge- This will move the customer’s design to the front of the line and decrease the design time to 4-6 business days- extra charges do apply.

*Holidays, Special Events and third party vendors may increase the stated design time.

You will receive an email notifying you that your design has been completed and has shipped.

Wholesale Orders and Multiple Orders take approx 3-4 weeks for completion unless otherwise informed. All wholesale and large orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail charges apply.

Any non-handmade items ship within 1-3 days.



2. CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM ORDER?

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

Each one of our Custom Belt Buckles is exclusively hand crafted by our In House Team of Designers using the highest quality materials.

Due to our wide selection of buckle and accessory designs, each of our crystal rhinestone products are made-to-order per your specifications.

If the product is custom or personalized we CANNOT accept merchandise returns.



3. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT IS NOT HANDMADE OR A CUSTOM ORDER?

Items that are not handmade and/or custom can be returned. All return policies must be followed. Shipping Charges are not reimbursable.

Items must be returned in their UNWORN ORIGINAL condition, PACKED EXACTLY as it was received and postmarked within 7 days of receipt. PLEASE NOTE: ItsHerBiz.com is not responsible for damages that incur during the return shipment and will not accept these returns.

4. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Paypal, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa.

For multiple or wholesale orders we will accept a business check. Payment must be made at time of order. Designing will not begin until payment is received.



5. WHAT IF I LOSE A CRYSTAL?

REPAIR POLICY-

Our custom designs should be treated like a piece of jewelry. However, we do stand behind our work. Due to the delicate nature of our Handcrafted Belt Buckles along with the Swarovski Crystals and semi-precious stones we use in our designs, some damage may occur during the life of the product. For damage caused by NORMAL wear-and-tear, we are happy to repair the item for free. In cases where a repair fee is necessary, we make every effort to keep that cost as low as possible.

If it is only 1 or 2 crystals thst need to be replaced and you prefer to repair the design yourself please follow these steps: 1) buy E6000 craft glue. you can get this at Micheals, Walmart or any craft store. remember a little goes a long way. 2) using a toothpick, place a very small amount of glue on your buckle where the crystsl needs to be placed. 3) using small tweezers or the eraser end of a pencil pick up the crystal and place it on top of the glue. Let it dry for atleast 48 hours before wearing.



6. MY CRYSTALS DON'T LOOK AS BRIGHT AS THEY DID WHEN I FIRST RECEIVED MY DESIGN. WHAT CAN I DO?

Just like gold or silver jewelry, crystals can become "dirty" and need to be cleaned as well. Simply take a q tip, dip it in glass cleaner and rub the crystals. Lightly pat dry with a paper towel.
