All In Stock Design orders are shipped within 72 hours. Wholesale Shipping 5-10 Business Days.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

Due to our wide selection of buckle and apparel designs, each of our crystal rhinestone products is made-to-order per your specifications. As a result, there is a $10.00 re-stocking fee for all merchandise returns.

Items must be returned in their unworn original condition and postmarked within 7 days of receipt. ItsHerBiz.com is not repsonsible for damages that incur during the return shipment and will not accept these returns.

If the product is custom or personalized with a name or other specific information, we cannot accept merchandise returns. Return shipping charges are not re-imburseable.
